Return Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, CIIZO will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size, or no longer wish to keep the product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

CIIZO does not charge restocking fees.

Customers are responsible for obtaining the return shipping label when returning items due to personal preference or change of mind.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Support: Email our support team at support@ciizo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and included materials.
  3. Ship the Item: Follow the return instructions provided in the return authorization email and ship the package to the return address provided.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.

Refund Timing: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items
