Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order?
Most customers shopping at CIIZO receive their packages within 6–15 business days. Orders are carefully prepared and verified within 1–3 business days before shipment.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships from CIIZO, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear once the carrier processes the shipment.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, CIIZO focuses on serving customers within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
CIIZO accepts all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What currency will I be charged in?
All purchases made through CIIZO are processed in United States Dollars (USD $).
My payment didn't go through. What should I do?
Please verify that your billing address matches the information associated with your payment method. If the issue continues, try another payment method or contact your bank, as the transaction may be blocked for security reasons.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
CIIZO offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@ciizo.com. Include your order number and we will provide return instructions.
Are there any return fees?
CIIZO does not charge restocking fees. Customers are responsible only for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind.
Troubleshooting Issues
My tracking says "Delivered" but I have not received my package.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before final drop-off. Please wait 24–48 hours, check with neighbors or your building’s front desk, and contact the carrier. If the package still cannot be located, email support@ciizo.com and our team will assist you.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send a photo of the item you received along with your order number to support@ciizo.com. The team at CIIZO will prioritize sending the correct item as quickly as possible.
